Beachfront holiday rentals in Grand Case

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Een prachtig centraal gelegen appartement in Simpson Bay. Mooi ingericht en voorzien van werkelijk alles wat je tijdens je verblijf kan wensen. Van yoga mat tot een compleet ingerichte keuken. Met een heerlijk kingsize bed en fijne badkamer. De gastvrijheid van Glen en Jen is fantastisch. Zij checken regelmatig of alles naar wens is. Echt een aanrader voor een heerlijk relaxte vakantie in Sint Maarten!

The apartment is located in an ideal spot especially if you want to feel part of the Anse Marcel vibe. It's steps away from restaurants, shops, grocery store, and the beach. The open air living is especially attractive because you can fully enjoy the outdoors while in the kitchen and living area, but you're nice and cool for sleep in the air-conditioned bedrooms. We loved it!

This was a wonderful stay. Isabelle was responsive and kind. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. The unit was the perfect size for a solo traveler and it was very clean. The fridge was even stocked with goodies. I would absolutely stay here again!

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Terrasse avec vue tellement belle et tranquille que nous avons préféré cuisiner et manger sur notre balcon plutôt qu' aller au resto. Vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine de qualites. Chaises de plage et parasol fournis. Télévision avec postes français . Adaptateurs pour les prises de courant. Deux petites épiceries a distances de marche et un super U bien approvisionné(petits formats adaptés aux courts séjours ) et que dire de la plage de 3 kms qui est nettoyée a chaque jour. En résumé nous avons passée une très belle semaine!

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Het huisje is functioneel en compleet ingericht – alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Marie is super vriendelijk, toegankelijk en heel lief – we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het enige kleine minpuntje zijn de terrasmeubels; die zouden wat comfortabeler mogen. Maar verder niets dan lof – een echte aanrader!

We stayed at this property for three weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even before booking, Leonard, the host was incredibly responsive and approachable, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Max and Chelsea, team working with Leonard, were also professional, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. They assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging taxi services. The property itself was spotless, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Both the beach and pool were just a few steps away, yet when the doors were closed, we enjoyed peaceful quiet, with only the tranquil sound of the waves. IMO, this unit is the best location on the compound. Orient Bay, only 10-15 minute walk along the beach, is lively, and filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. However, we loved staying at this quieter spot. Truly, I have no complaints—only gratitude for making our vacation so wonderful!

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

Très beau séjour chez Vincent! Le loft est merveilleusement bien décoré avec sa touche bord de mer, le son des vagues, la vue sur l’eau, c’est vraiment comme si on est sur un bateau. Nous avons loué une voiture et à 5 minutes du loft, il y a la magnifique plage Baie Rouge. Sinon, un peu plus loin, Mullet aussi très belle plage et on peut louer chaises et parasols pour la journée. Sandy Ground est très bien situé, près de l’aéroport, de Maho Beach, voir les avions de si près, est vraiment impressionnant!! Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Vincent, tout y est pour un séjour mémorable.

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

I traveled solo to St Maarten for my birthday and felt very safe here! It’s very private and peaceful. The views were outstanding and it was very clean. Michelle greeted me and showed me around and gave recommendations for local spots nearby. She also checked in to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything!
