Beautiful place to stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay- very convenient to the beach, some restaurants right in the complex, and a small market there, too. The place was bright and very clean, and the balcony was a nice place for a morning coffee, though there was coffee, smoothies and a bakery just steps away. The bed was comfortable. We heard music from the restaurant/bar in the late evenings, especially on the weekends (as noted in the description), but we did not find this bothersome. We appreciated the chairs (note - chairs, not loungers) and beach umbrella in good condition. Communication was quick and easy - very little needed as everything was in working order. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great little gem steps from the beach. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and bars too! Would recommend & return!

Having dove Ambergris Caye Belize and Roatan Honduras in ‘24, Grand Cayman was up next and a first for me. A dive shop referral from folks in Roatan in hand, all I needed was to secure flights and accommodations. I quickly landed on Sean and Christina’s studio at The Grove on Seven Mile Beach, and booked it immediately having that good feeling. It was everything I hoped for and much more. Seven Mile Beach was across the street. The Grove, had everything you need, with fine dining for all meals, a well-stocked mini mart, gym, boutiques, etc. Their studio was bright, sunny, and adorably decorated with a simple island vibe. Everything you need it has from well equipped kitchen, wash and dryer, walk in shower, great AC and Wi-Fi. They didn’t miss a thing, providing beach chairs, umbrella and loads of towels and starter coffee! I was personally greeted and checked in by the Host, providing me a complete walk thru of the studio, information on The Grove as well as Grand Cayman sites, to dos

We had a great time at Sunstays condo! The condo is very clean and quiet. It was in a great location on 7 mile beach. The beach is so close. Just cross the street and walk down a path to paradise! The beach wasn't crowded at all when we were there in May. Gorgeous water and so relaxing! I loved having some restaurants downstairs and the mini mart. We ate at Island Naturals a few times. Great fresh and healthy food. Loved the snapper tacos! The grounds are very lush with beautiful plants and flowers. My daughter and I felt very safe at the Grove and in the Caymans in general. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sunstays for a great week!

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything in the unit was well taken care of and there was everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and when we needed more towels for our family, someone was over within an hour to drop off more. The location was a quick drive to beaches, our favorite was Governor’s Beach. The pool was always wonderfully warm and relaxing after a long day. Check in and out was easy with the website and we were able to check in a bit early without being charged. Overall it was a great stay and we would really recommend this location.

Our Airbnb was clean and incredibly quiet. It looked exactly like the photos posted. You are only a five minute walk to the local grocery store and liquor store. Millicent was incredibly friendly and attentive and a wonderful person to work with. Cline responded to any questions that I had in a timely fashion. The view from our balcony was truly amazing. The public buses are incredibly easy to catch right outside your door. While you are not beachfront, you are waterfront and you can certainly use the ladder to go swimming right from this location , we would be happy to stay here if we return to the island.

Perfect stay! Would highly recommend to book this space, everything you need and want for your trip to grand cayman is located within walking distance, the Flatbush equipped like a real home and very beautiful. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was perfectly clean, better than any hotel we could’ve booked. Thumbs up, we will come again
