Voici l’histoire, l’histoire de cet ancien appartement. Ce loft date de 1783. À cette date, je n’étais pas née. Mais mes ancêtres, m’ont transmis leur héritage, d’ailleurs je les en remercie. Voici leur histoire… Un corps de ferme attenant à cet appartement. En effet, ce lieu, était une étable auparavant, Il y avait des vaches, des cochons, de la paille à même le sol. Ideally located for hiking in the heart of the Vosges Massif in a little quiet valley, 35 minutes from the Wine Route, 1 hour from Strasbourg and 30 minutes from Gérardmer. During your stay, you can discover beekeeping and relax while listening to the sound of the bees thanks to the unique Sophrobee concept. This house is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. The cottage is equipped with a Nordic bath for an extra fee.

So that you can enjoy, for the duration of a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new stopover, you can come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny-Sous-Châtillon, and admire an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley, during a walk
