This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
