In addition to a garden, vegetable garden, a small pool and barbecue grill. It's a place to rest. The outdoor area is shared with my family and a small house that we rent. Our space is spacious, sunny and accommodates people very well. Everything is Sanitized. 10 minutes from downtown, 7 minutes from the bus station. Residential place.

It is not a condominium, but a very large space with three separate and independent houses, part of the shared outdoor area. As we are neighbors of the National Park, the visit of wild animals typical of the region may appear, but they do not harm. We respect human beings regardless of their race, creed or affective orientation. This is a place of peace and all good people are welcome!!
