And the special secluded area tucked in the oak and juniper trees on the lower terrace. This brand new tiny home studio has it all including a well stocked full kitchen and bath, with two twin beds in a peaceful neighborhood close to the university (1 mi.), downtown 1.5 mi.), and the hospital (3 mi.).
