Cosy Large Double in Cheery Clean Home & Parking

A relaxing and welcoming space in a quiet neighbourhood with a very comfy bed to give you a restful night's sleep. All bedding and towels are 100% good quality cotton and we like big bath sheets after a hot shower:) The guest bathroom is shared with only one other guest and is cleaned and sanitised daily. There's plenty of hot water at all times! Homemade eco/non toxic cleaning products used! The kitchen and living room are available if you wish and I am usually around if you need me.

Single room in garden flat with ensuite bathroom. Very near Botanic Gardens and on 4 bus routes. Princes St is within walking distance. I share the flat with my Labradoodle pup, Charlie. No smokers please. Wifi available and use of kitchen. Laundry facilities available for stays of one week or more (or £15 for each wash/dry). There is also a laundrette nearby. 10% discount on prices for Scottish Gaelic speakers or learners.

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.

You will love the stylish place to stay . Single room with wardrobe/.bedside table and reading lamp . Extra blankets and feather free pillows. Tea /coffee and hot chocolate making facilities but please no ordering or bringing back of fast food please respect this ! The house is an absolute no smoking or vaping whether that be outside or not .

The house is on a lovely, quiet street, and it was so easy to get around – just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, and then a quick ride right to the city center. The inside is absolutely beautiful and decorated with taste. I especially loved the backyard and the wonderful kitchen. My room is cozy and comfortable, though not very large, I slept perfectly every night. Laura and Anton are so warm and welcoming, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. They even let me leave my luggage with them for three days while I was on a trip to the Highlands, which I am incredibly grateful for. They made me feel completely at home :) I also really appreciated Laura's walking route recommendations for exploring Edinburgh. Following her tips, I got to see so many of the main sights. It truly is a magical, medieval city! Really enjoyed the stay Thank you, Laura and Anton, for a wonderfu

Wonderful stay with Andy in a beautiful part of town. Very clean and accommodating. Andy very kindly put the washer/dryer on for us while we were out. Great walks along the seaside to some very nice pubs and seafood. Close to Stockbridge and Leith too!

I spent my first few days in Edinburgh at a hotel just outside the city which was fine, but moving for my last few days to Eleanor’s was wonderful! Loved the location (easy walk to the sea and botanical gardens). Also easy bus ride into the city for more site seeing. Trails near by for running were a plus for me. Eleanor is friendly and has excellent recommendations. She provides a nice morning breakfast, as well!
