The house is located in São Roque, Gravatal SC. It is a rural neighborhood, but it is 5 km from the center of Gravatal and 6 km from the center of Armazém, well located and easy access to highways, a calm and quiet place for you to rest or even celebrate with the people you love most. It is very close to the Termas neighborhood, where you can find some of the best thermal waters in the world. Here, you can find waterfalls next to the house, you can have a barbecue or even cook your food on the wood stove.
