The price was a little high with all the fees from airbnb, but his rate was good. It was in a good spot trail to the water deer in the back every morning and right on main strip

Greta place to stay and was super spacious, more than I was expecting! Great neighborhood to be in and super close to the water. Loved it!

This is my second time staying at one of Rick's locations. And every time it has been an amazing Experience. Rick is an awesome host.

We had a great family time here! The place was well prepared for kids - there was a stool, kids’ table, plates, cups, and even LEGO. My 3.5-year-old son especially loved the bunk bed! The view was incredible all day long. Everything was clean, towel and kitchen and bathroom including the pool and hot tub. It was also very easy to access the beach and park. Highly recommend! We had a great stay for 4 days. The view is terrific! On Tuesday we saw 2 deer families crossing the ocean path right from the balcony. We also appreciated the heated pool. The condo had everything needed, was very clean, modern and cozy. I would recommend this place to my friends. We had issues connecting to wifi, which the host was attempting to address, but as we didn't want to spend time on that, we just connected to Xfinity wifi directly. Literally the only thing I didn't like was the fog horn which we could hear from the distance, didn't bother us that much though.

Stayed here over Memorial weekend. I wanted a peaceful getaway and it was just that. Awesome paved trail that is about 1.5 miles that goes to the next jetty. Clean beach and surrounding area. I will be back! Condo was clean, kitchen full stocked with everything you need.

Great location and view. Loved the short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. We loved the hot tub.

This was a great home base for me and my dog for a couple of days. Nice to have a full kitchen and the house was super clean. The upstairs bedroom and skylights would be wonderful on a rainy night. As others have mentioned that does make it bright early but we’re early risers so it worked out fine. There are a lot of stairs, both inside and outside the house, so best for spry people and for pets who have some patience about getting outside.

I would have came back next year. Forget for me laugh my tablet behind in the covers. The staff found it gave it to Danielle Rick and they put it in the mail. Because of this I'm definitely coming back. There was so much room that accommodated all of us.

It was a lovely private, peaceful, relaxing stay. Very rainy and windy so we flew kites. I could not find my email with all the instructions and host was so kind about all my questions. Thank you for a beautiful stay and we will be back again.

Any one who has been to Ocean Shores knows this is an older, non descript building and location. WHAT A BARGAIN! #207 is remodeled (?), super clean. THE most comfy bed, all the amenities of a higher cost, newer place. Access to the beach. We have rented at Oyhut Village numerous times, and we love it there, but the cost is high especially during peak times, so I loved paying less. You are just 2 min drive, if that, from "town". The rental co made us, and our pup feel right at home. This unit is not as new as Oyhut, but has washer, dryer, full kitchen, a clean and quiet balcony. And a clean, convenient pet relief area. We loved it here!

Loved this spot! Fletcher and Janet were so responsive and proactive in hosting, super friendly! We felt right at home and they were really really accommodating. We had a newborn, our 2 pups and everything was made so easy for us. We will definitely be back and make this our go to spot again!

Ricks place was perfect for my sisters and I and my 90 year old mother, to celebrate her birthday and Mother’s Day. It was on the bottom floor witch was easy for her to walk to. It was clean and had all we needed. Cindy

Really nice place, precisely as advertised. Kitchen is very well stocked. The unit was very clean. Plenty of space. Very kid friendly, comes with books and toys. Host is VERY responsive and helpful. overall 10/10, would book again. A few things for future bookers: It is in a condo building, and if you are a light sleeper, just watch out for this. There is no direct access to the beach without walking on a main road, but it is about a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. The closest beach allows cars on it and you will need to drive to get to a beach with no cars on it.

The stay was comfortable and clean, very nice kitchen, bedroom and bathroom’s. A wonderful bonus was they had an office with a computer.

Resort was great, staff was friendly, enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and especially loved strolling along the beach and getting our feet wet in the Pacific Ocean. Regarding the unit itself, comfy bed, plenty of cookware, nice breeze and sunset from the patio. Would stay again, thank you.

We loved our stay- from the moment we walked in w early right at home- it was clean, a beautiful view, and it was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed exploring all the beaches and the little town during the day and family dinner and hanging out in the evenings. It was a great landing place for us to relax and hang out for this family vacation.

The highlights of this location were the walking path by the beach and you can walk to one brewery for food which was nice to walk to from the condo. MeLissa did warn us about the construction ahead of time, which was actually very quiet so it didn’t disturb us. The pool and hot tub are in a shared community area. The apartment also overlooks a parking lot and is on the first floor so there are quite a number of people walking by the apartment. The walking path by the beach was definitely a highlight. The Merino’s seafood place had excellent seafood.

We had such a great stay at this condo that we almost immediately wished we had booked more time here! The location cannot be beat, literally across the street from a fantastic beach as well as a great 1.5 mile paved path for a walk/run. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, fully stocked with everything you need & so many thoughtful touches like 3 different coffee maker options & various frothers, great cookware & dishes, fluffy bath towels, so many dvds/puzzles/games and super cozy well put together decor. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom was very spacious. No AC but we opened windows for a great cross breeze. We also loved the balcony with a partial view of the ocean, and our kids especially loved the heated saltwater pool. The gym was super clean with fantastic equipment. The grounds are very well taken care of and it looked like they are doing renovation work to a few of the buildings, including adding some rooftop decks. All in all, a fantastic deal for the price!

Absolutely loved this location and would stay again! It’s so close to the beach and the partial view of the water and the full view of the dunes is really incredible. The spaced warmed up really quickly when we ran the dryer but we opened the back door and the breeze from the ocean cooled everything back down!

We really enjoyed our stay there. Place was great. You can tell they put some thought into this place. All the instructions, amenities and everything was perfectly complete and perfect. Thank you.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay! You can tell David is very thoughtful when it comes to his place and things people could need while traveling. We traveled with 4 kids - ages 1 to 11. He had things to accommodate all of them. My older ones loved the games that were provided. Bunk beds were fun. There was a pack n play and high chair so we were able to travel lighter. He even had plastic ware and a kid’s life jacket which were great! The first day was on the cooler end but we enjoyed the heated pool, club house, and toured the town. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Lots of sweet neighbors and friendly dogs. The second day the sun was out so we walked to the beach and found lots of treasures! We started both mornings with deer right in view of the dinning area - including some babies. My kids were in awe! Communication and check in were easy. It truly was such a great trip! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an ocean getaway.

Beautiful little apartment! worked wonderful to give our family of four a homey little place while visiting family in the area!
