In walking distance to the free neighborhood lake front park. Enjoy a firepit and propane bbq grill in the fenced back yard downstairs. Hang out in the modern studio or great balcony. Unit is not well suited for children and the balcony has gaps big enough for a dog or child to get on the roof.

We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport and downtown Dallas, and close to several wedding venues in the area. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!
