Great little house!

This house is located in the village of Grazalema, it has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed of 1.50 and the other has a double bed of 1.36. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, 1.40 (it can only be used if there are more than three people, or by prior arrangement with the host). It also has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, patio (Excellent area when the weather is good), and fireplace. Free parking is available 50 meters away. "Las Colmenillas" is currently under construction.

El Atajo Apartment

Cozy apartment located in the old Barrio de San Francisco, on a beautiful street with FREE PARKING, just a short walk from the Almocabar Walls and the Church of the Holy Spirit. Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs there is also a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

The apartment is completely new, equipped with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Located in the center 100 meters from the historic center, and next to the best restaurants and shops of Ronda. It has unbeatable views of the New Bridge, lots of brightness and is equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. There is a public car park 200 meters away, although it is advisable to walk around the city.
