Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect location and wonderful home! Excellent communication! Good wifi (not super fast but sufficient) My only note would be regarding the parking. If you don’t have a car, this location is ideal. If you do have a car, parking in front of the apartment can be challenging. It’s very congested and difficult to maneuver in, and if there’s traffic you may be stuck for quite some time. That said, it’s an absolutely darling apartment and the pros far outweigh any small cons

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Lidija’s a great host - very helpful. Location is good - just a few hundred metres from Old Town so you can escape the hustle and bustle. I was travelling solo snd felt totally safe in the area. Washing machine an added bonus. Noise from garbage pick up early morning only negative. Would definitely recommend. Taraca restaurant across the road a must. Apartment has all the amenities you will need. Thanks - see you next visit.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

The location of the house is very nice, it is 7-10 minutes walking distance to the old town, maybe closer. There is even a food and coffee place closer than the old town, there is a market nearby. There is a parking lot at home, Kotor is a city with traffic and parking problems, it was also very easy to find the house, there was a sign. The location on google maps is correct. The house was clean, Alex told us about the house, he lives in the next building, he gave us information about the places to go, he dropped us off at Tivat airport for free on the last day, thanks ✨again Alex

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Igor’s cabin by the lake. It was everything we needed to get away from the noise of the city. Conveniently there is a great restaurant located right across the cabin as well (so we were well-fed). Igor made sure we had everything we needed in the cabin (including sun block and mosquito spray!). He was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. We also had fun canoeing and meeting sunsets on the lake! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
