nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour chez lidija nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement elle et son mari sont super sympa l environnement est splendide depuis leur terrasse et que dire de la nouvelle piscine magnifique nous recommandons ce magnifique logement encore merci

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Dodosi is a beautiful place to visit. Drive around lake Skadar you will see stunning scenery. The village is small so not a vast amount to do, so plan stuff, a trip on a boat around the lake, a visit to Niagara falls, a wine tasting experience, is what we did. Equally if you want peace n quiet then look no further. The wildlife is pretty spectacular as well, birds on the lake, a rarity in seeing a pelican, a few tortoise roaming around, snakes. Add to that cows, horses, sheep, donkies all seem to be in and out and around the village. This rustic way of life, for us was fantastic. So don't expect all the whistles and bells of a 5 star hotel, it is very rustic and a little step back into time. There are a couple of drinking places in Dodosi, one as you come into Dodosi and the other next to the river, this one serves food and we had lunch there and it was lovely, a note here only open weekends when in early season. The road getting to Dodosi can be a little tricky as it's very small.

Ilija und Danka waren sehr freundlich. Sie nannten uns Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und waren stets kommunikativ.

We had such a wonderful week in Sava's apartment. The apartment was spacious and airy and had the most amazing views of Kotor Bay. We loved everything about it, including that you could swim almost right outside the doorstep! Sava greeted us on arrival, even though we arrived very late, and was extremely helpful both before and throughout our visit. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The accommodation is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you might need. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

5 gece konaklama yaptık. öncelikle ev sahibi Petara ilgisi, iyi niyeti ve yardımseverligi noktasında çok teşekkür ederiz. çok yardımcı oldu. çok keyifli harika 5-6 gün geçirdik. kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. villada herşey düşünülmüş ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bu noktada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Villa keyifliydi kullanışlıydı. ayrıca sessiz ve huzurlu bir muhitte bulunuyor. giriş katında bulunan odanın balkonu güzeldi, manzarasını çok beğendik, o balkonda vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. villadan ayrılmak zor geldi gerçekten. yorumlarda belirtilen eve varıştaki yokuştan bahsetmek de isterim. yaklaşık 250 belki 300 metre civarı bir rampa var, biraz dik bir yokuş. biz aracımızda 3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve bagaj doluyken çıkabildik. otomatik vitesi manuel 1. vitese alarak sakin şekilde rahatlıkla çıkabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. ortalama üstü bir şoför dediğim gibi çıkabilir. kotora 15 dakika uzaklıkta tivata da ayrıca yakın.herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dorf entfernt. Sie war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zu Milica und Vasko war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Bootsfahrt mit Vasko – ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Wir durften unsere diesjährige Mannschaftsfahrt in dieser tollen Villa feiern. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, alles einfach traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Abend wurden wir bekocht, es war super lecker! Sämtliche Reisetipps (Kotor, Budva,..) haben sich gelohnt. Die Kontakt-Weitergabe für Taxi/Shuttle ist auch nur zu empfehlen, für uns war es ab morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr möglich selbst ein Auto zu steuern 😅 Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an die komplette Famile

We had a wonderful time in Montenegro! The house was cozy and intimate, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we truly enjoyed!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

This villa in the hills above Petrovac is pure paradise! Surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views, it offers total peace and privacy. The stone house is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The highlight is the stunning pool with panoramic mountain views – we spent hours relaxing there. The large terrace with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for sunsets and starry nights. It’s close to the beaches of Petrovac and ideal for exploring Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Lake Skadar. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every detail is perfect. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and luxury in Montenegro – book this place. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

I had the most amazing birthday trip I could have asked for. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, and a mesmerising place to wake up and relax in, the host made our trip infinitely better with his friendly disposition and excellent recommendations. We could not have had the time we had without the host, he made the trip the very best it could have been. Unforgettable, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart xx

We stayed 7 people 5 days.everything wqs perfect about home. We had just one problem and Marija solve that problem asap. The distance between Kotor ,Budva and home is quite good. 10 min driving was enough to reach these towns.Thank you Marija to be polite host.😊
