Holiday rentals with a kayak in Great Abaco

The place was amazing, the hosts were awesome. Had a little hick-up, a water pipe was leaking outside - so no damage; and they were very quick to get it fixed! Things happen and its how they are addressed and taken care of... 5 STARS. There was a little beach, just south of the resort on the main road. This had a little peninsula and a cove of water - perfect for the kids to play on the peninsula / island (depending on the tide). The water was shallow enough for our 2, 3, and 4 year old's to go in and play, stand up and parents to relax. Excellent sandy area for the older kids and adults too... the BEST BEACH EVER !!

What a beautiful place. You have the beach, the water and long dock to relax on, plus the bonus of having a nice patio in the evenings to enjoy. We had an amazing time there. It is not busy with people and very relaxing. I highly recommend!

Perfect island & beach getaway! Leah is super friendly & welcoming, house is very clean and has the perfect private beach setting. Definitely suitable for a quiet & secluded island vacation in a safe area and still has shopping, restaurants and bars close by.

Our stay at Casuarina Point was excellent! This was truly the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. The house was clean and comfortable, and very easy to settle into. It had all of the amenities that were listed. The location was fantastic. Just out the door was a gorgeous beach and it was easy to drive to town and to Pete’s pub. Kellie was very responsive and accommodating. This was an amazing experience from check in to check out, and will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing time at Tanique’s place in Treasure Cay. It was everything that was described and much more for our first trip to the Abacos! The privacy of the home was amazing with such a secure area to keep the boat. We will definitely return as soon as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luther’s place on Sweetings Cay!! Everyone was so amazing and friendly! The place is beautiful! It is right on the water, with lots of amenities, and you can even catch fish right from the deck. Luther and everyone were so helpful and we can’t wait to return!

Quite honestly the finest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From before our stay to the very end the entire experience was amazing. Jack has got his house and this area dialed in to perfection. There isn’t enough good things I can say about it. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb throughout the islands and this was far and away the best. Absolutely stunning, from the gorgeous house amazing views etc. We will absolutely be back next year. Thank you so much Jack.

This place is a 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️. Kathleen was so helpful with any issues we had which ranged from no car rentals at the airport to having a driver pick me up when I had to leave my husband in Miami due to an expired passport. She was receptive, genuine and our guardian angel. She had a great review coming her way before we ever stepped foot in the house!!! And OMG, the house was amazing!!! Just as described and MORE! So well appointed. She literally had anything we needed and more. Such a great trip. Our kids and grandkids who live on their boat were able to dock right in the back yard. Could not have been more perfect!!! ♥️♥️♥️

The house is stunning, in a wonderful location. Lubbers is a remote little island and a boat is essential. If you’re looking for peace, fishing, exploring pristine beaches …this is the place. Bring bugs spray and some grocery for the first day or two should the sea be too rough for going to the supermarket.

We had such a lovely stay at Serenity Cottage. It truly was a serene and beautiful space and location. We loved the close access to the flats for strolling and fly fishing. The house had everything you may need, with comfortable beds and cold air. Cheree and her house manager were both incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING TRIP! When we first arrived we got kinda lost trying to get to the Airbnb and we were able to message them. It was an instant response from Victoria. She came and found us and then also showed where groceries, alcohol and fun restaurants were personally. Everyone knows Ed so we were quickly connected with whatever we needed! He personally took us lobster fishing and we had a tasty lobster dinner that night. The personal, friendly and attentive interactions were plentiful. We have made a lifelong connection with them. This trip was meant to be! We will ABSOLUTELY be going back and I can’t recommend them enough!

Sea Biscuit was everything described and more. The house was super well appointed, we had everything we needed. Sandy and the on-island caretakers were all very helpful, above and beyond. We had a wonderful vacation and if we ever return to the Bahamas, we’d definitely stay again!!

Everything was really great, just as advertised! Host was great, lives just a few minutes away if anything is needed. We did lose water a few times and briefly power once or twice but they were very manageable outages and pretty typical as anyone who’s visited the out islands knows. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Abaco!
