This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

A short 20 minutes to Northern Utah Skiing and 10 minutes to hiking in this 3 bedroom townhome with 4 beds, garage, and open living area. The whole place is yours! We are very centrally located in the desired East Layton area. Walk to grocery store and some restaurants. Read our reviews and book now. We are almost always fully booked. It is a clean and quiet place to stay. No parties, please.
