Serenity on Douglas Lake

Our home has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath with a shower (no tub) inside and an outdoor shower. Our water is on a well which causes a sulfur smell. There is a private dock & a community boat ramp. The lake levels are up from Spring until the first of September. We have a screen in porch and a separate deck with a grill, table and chairs. Our family has enjoyed this property year around for many years and we have wonderful memories but now we would like to share our home.

Twin Creeks on the Cullasaja

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is located on the Cullasaja River. Rocky River Lane is a dead end with only 5 homes. A small branch and Peeks Creek border the property and feed into the river. It's perfect for tubing and trout fishing, and if the water is up a bit, it's perfect for kayaking. The stairs from the bank to the river make for safe and easy access. The house is located way off the main drag with equal distance to Franklin and Highlands.

When I built our barn a while back Airbnb didn't even exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy . Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand!
