Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greater Napanee

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful surroundings and a really cozy cottage. Everything is as advertised and the host provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. The place has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. My only regret is not staying for more days :)

The house was clean. Comfortable beds. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores and a mall nearby.

Highly recommend Prince’s place! It was exactly as described, was in a great location and was extremely well equipped. Prince was super communicative and checkin/out was quite simple. Great spot for a weekend away!

Squeaky clean but very compact. A little far from the centre of town. You will need a car or transport. Overall good value.

Met Aleisha during our stay, and she was incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Great space to relax, beautiful decor, and great backyard space! Would stay again!

Sebastian’s place was absolutely wonderful, my husband and I came for our one year anniversary with no set plans about what we wanted to do in the area. The place was gorgeous, perfect little home away from home, in the mornings we drank our coffees on the front deck watching the butterflies in the garden, and in the evenings the hot tub barn made for a really beautiful evening hangout. Sebastian included a great bulletin board of things to do in the area with a fun ranking system so during the day my husband and I made a little road trip out of the most recommended attractions. I highly recommend the Petroglyph provincial park - it genuinely took our breath away. Thank you Sebastian for such a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. Gordana was a wonderful host. Always reactive to my messages and any questions. The place was very well maintained and had beautiful interiors. I appreciated the hospitality and little details in the apartment. Very well situated and food / cafe at walking distance. Highly recommend!

The place was very comfortable and really well equipped for cooking. A lovely view across the fields from the deck and a quick car ride into Picton and surrounding areas.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us as abase for birding at Presqu'ile. It was simple, uncluttered and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jason was friendly and helpful. He checked in with us several times to make sure we got in, and even sent someone over with a key for the locker so we could store our bicycles. He provided good suggestions on activities and restaurants too. We had a great stay. Outstanding service. Thanks Jason!

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. When we arrived very easy, the place was ready earlier, which we enjoyed. Even better than the photos.

I went to PEC with a girlfriend. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed linen was really nice :) It was a 5 minute walk to Main St which was perfect. We walked to dinner and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Picton !

Everything was excellent. Stayed 1 night, the place was clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was neat and tidy, very modern. Check in was super easy, Jason gave us thorough instructions, there was a welcome basket with wine and snacks which was a nice touch! The view from the airbnb was picturesque, there was a marina restaurant across the street with great views as well. Really nice wineries about a half hour from the airbnb. Would totally recommend this place to friends or family, we will definetely be back!!
