This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. You'll find that this home is conveniently located just seconds from Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 10-minutes away from downtown Cortland, and 25-minutes from downtown Ithaca. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding hills and two-acres of yard from the 360 sq. ft. back porch which runs the length of the home. The year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor porch, and large firepit are all ready and waiting for you!

Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
