The 2 bedroom apartment is in a smart new building, (the upper right hand flat in the photo) newly built by the architect owners, Gareth and Andrea. It is a short walk from the restaurants, pubs and wine bars of the town. Despite being centrally located the building is on a quiet street and the apartment has 2 off street parking spaces. The apartment is on the first floor, a private entrance leads up a wide staircase to a bright south-facing living space containing a fully equipped kitchen.

A beautiful little Island on the West Coast of Scotland with Magnificent Scenery, Golf, Fishing, Walking, Swimming, etc. The apartment is almost beachfront and a short 3 minute walk to beautiful woodland walks. Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
