What a great place! we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the home itself. the only thing we were bummed about is most of the amenities were closed down. But, the pool was great on the West Side. We spent our time fishing, swimming, and walking the nature trails.

We loved everything about this place! Its peaceful, clean, & spacious. This is definitely one of the best properties we've visited. From the enclosed pool, to the outdoor grilling area and volleyball net, we had a blast! Thanks for making our anniversary a trip to remember!

We are locals who were looking for a bigger place to have our son’s 11th birthday party. I can’t express how thankful I am for this space and Brooke our host. The pictures did not disappoint and we are looking to book again during the summer so we can enjoy the pool! 11th birthday was very much a success!

We loved our stay at the lake. They had everything from cooking spices to pool toys and life jackets for the kayaks. We enjoyed getting our family together and spending quality outdoors and in! It’s the perfect place to unplug and go paddle. The pool was the perfect spot to hang out with family in the heat of the day and couch brought us together for movies and popcorn at night. We highly recommend this down to home lake house.

Rented out for my work crew and it was spacious and comfortable. Very close to my job site so it was convenient for us. Would highly recommend

We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it. Desiree was always super responsive to any questions and went out of her way to accommodate whatever we needed. The owner of the property is the same way. This is a beautiful ranch and perfect for a private getaway. We mostly stayed there the entire time and cooked for ourselves with meat supplied from the livestock on the ranch. Perfect for people who want a quiet ranch experience without owning one. I 100% recommend and wouldn't mind staying again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house in Gladewater! The home was spotless and incredibly well-stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals. We especially loved spending time by the pool and relaxing on the dock, which made for a perfect getaway. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake views made it easy to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. One small tip for future guests: although the kitchen does come stocked with salt, pepper, and sugar—you may want to bring your own seasonings as well. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat!

We love staying at Ket's. The house is so comfy and clean. We love the patio at back. Great place for morning coffee. Ket always responds quickly. This was our second visit and I'm sure will be back.

We would highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful home! We enjoyed the gorgeous neighborhood for walks and we loved sitting outside on the covered patio. The location of the home was accessible to everything!! Definitely stay here when you are in Longview!!

This house was well firnished, decorated, and remodeled very well. It had all the necessities and more! The back patio was relaxing and had a grill, pergola, gas fireplace, and many chairs and benches to sit. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook! All the rooms were clean and comfortable. TVs throughout the house and lots of comfortable seating. We will definitely stay here again. Garage and carport are plentiful too. Thanks Adrian for being a great host!

Thank you for a wonderful stay Jody and Courtney! We felt welcome from the first moment. Jody and Courtney were quickly responsive and always helpful when we had concerns or needed help. They provided great tips about the area. The cowboy decor is so cool! Our kids loved it!! Jody and Courtney truly went above and beyond as hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

This was such a cool house. For me it felt like I was in my grandmother's house back in the '70s and it was just frozen in time. Of course this house was a lot more high-end than my grandmother's! Even though it's in town it is secluded and makes me feel like I'm actually in the country. I really felt like I was in an estate! lake Gladewater was so close it's really the back side of the property. The downtown vendors were so friendly and welcoming!

What a great house! Very spacious and a great neighborhood! Definitely would stay again on future trips to the area!
