Holiday rentals with a pool in Gresik Regency

a clean house, close to places to eat, a quiet location, we are very happy to be given the opportunity to use the house for a few days, thank you

The house is very well located; it is in a residential, safe area with many green spaces. It is easy to get from there to several points of the city. The house was clean and matched the description and photos in the ad. Michelle was a very good host, she answered all our messages very quickly and allowed us to stay with our dog. Also, his brother Michael was very kind at check-out. Our stay was very short, however we felt comfortable. It's a very good place to spend a few days in Surabaya.

I had such a great stay here while working on my photography project. The place was clean, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The host was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially for my specific schedule for check in and out. I stayed there with my mother and my children. The house was cozy and located very near the swimming pool and playground. The house looked freshly built, kitchen had a portable stove, water cooker and few cooking tools and utensils but that is about it. There was no wifi and the lower ground has poor internet signal. The respond hour could be improved, but overal it was a great stay and worth the value.

The house was clean and comfortable, very pleasant! The cleanliness is maintained, starting from a neat room, the facilities are complete and in accordance with what is offered. Mba Lidya as the owner is also friendly and helpful. The atmosphere around the house is also quiet and safe

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
