Very nice remodelled old century home, comfortable beds and beautiful patio setting to have your coffee in the morning. Super nice folks, welcomed us as we arrived and gave us local recommendations and left us to enjoy the space and town. Highly recommend staying here if you're exploring the region.

Susan is a wonderful host, and the listing is an accurate description of the accommodation she offers. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen stocked with snacks, treats, and essentials such as milk and butter. The house is quiet and secluded, located deep in the woods, quite a distance from the nearest town. Guests who are not doing their own cooking should expect to drive 30 minutes or so to the nearest restaurant. As for cooking, the unit includes a large refrigerator and microwave plus a multitude of small appliances (toaster, blender...) but no range or oven.

we are a large family of seven and it is difficult for us to travel this place was beautiful comfortable and everybody had their own beds the outdoor space is astounding so much room for the kids to play inside and out they also provide lots of games for inside and outside it was a great day.

Needed a place at the last minute, and Jane was very helpful to get the house ready. It was spacious, quiet and peaceful which we needed.

We had 7 adults who were cycling in the area. The house was very close to the camp ground (where other group members were staying) and bike trail . There was lots of room, good kitchen supplies and comfy beds. Elizabeth was very quick to respond to questions . Being able to store our bikes in the garage was a bonus!

We loved the house. It is located just a few minutes from the Blue Mountain Village. The house is perfect for a large group. The first floor has a Master Bedroom. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor. It is a little weird that upstairs you have to cross through one of the bedrooms (the one with the bunkbeds) to get from one side of the house to the other side where the kitchen is. There are two kitchens but we mainly use the one upstairs. You can get out of the 2nd floor of the house through the balcony on the front or through the back terrace/deck to the large patio. There are plenty of space to hangout throughout the whole house, and the outdoor sauna is a plus (Didn’t had the instructions, but we figured it out). The 2 kitchens are fully prepared with everything you need to prepare your meals. Even though we didn’t get to meet Shae-Lynn, she was a great host, she welcome us with a bottle of wine and other amenities. Our group enjoyed our stay very much.

As though the beauty and serenity of the property wasn’t enough, Betty and Brian made the experience extraordinary. They were welcoming, warm, and friendly hosts. My car battery died one of the mornings as I was on my way out, and although Betty was on her way to work, she didn’t hesitate to take the time and help, alongside Brian. Their space was welcoming, safe, and more equipped than any other BnB I’ve stayed at in terms of kitchen supplies, appliances, bathroom toiletries, and extra blankets. Sitting on the dock with a coffee and book looking out at the sunrise over the water was breathtaking. If I’m ever back in the area, I wouldn’t think twice to book here again. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent three nights at this suite located on the ground floor of Heather's home. The private suite has a lovely outdoor terrace that overlooks Georgian Bay and a staircase down to the water, which were the standout features of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay while visiting friends in Colpoys Bay.

Beautiful spot. I was alone during the stay but the house is very large and could accommodate a good size group. Very tasteful decor and peaceful surroundings! Kitchen is well equipped.

Leah and Peter were great hosts, super responsive and made us feel right at home! They made sure to check in both day of check-in as well as the morning after to make sure we were settling in well. We left in the midst of a snowstorm, and they were kind enough to offer up their space for us in case we weren't able to return home safely, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a spot in Collingwood, close to Blue Mountain.

We absolutely loved our stay at this farm stay! The place felt like it was brand new everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Tucked away in the calm countryside, it was the perfect escape from the city. The interior had a sleek, modern vibe that made it super cozy and comfortable. If you’re looking for peace, fresh air, and a stylish place to unwind, this is it. Highly recommend!

Had a small bachelor party here recently and I couldn’t be happier! The hosts are the kindest and most helpful people ever! They went above and beyond and were always making sure we had everything. They gave recommendations on where to go and what to do, but they were also respectful of our time and space. Karen and Russell were very gracious hosts, it is a basement apartment but it wasn’t too loud upstairs and we were as quiet as we could be without restricting our own fun. The area is great and even the neighbours were nice and friendly. There’s lots to do around, and it’s not far from the village, where there’s more to do. I will be coming back with my wife and son, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a decent priced accommodation in a lovely area.

Patricia, thanks for a wonderful stay! We were in town for a local family wedding and your place was an oasis for us during a busy wedding weekend! The space was clean, had super high ceilings, and lots of sofas. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed some down-time walking the trails on site.

An amazing mom’s weekend away with some friends. Karen and Russ are incredibly thoughtful host who thought of everything and more when it comes to feeling at home. Forgot shampoo? No problem. Lotion or floss, they’ve got you. The breakfast options were plenty to have for our two mornings, which we were grateful for. Getting to the resort hot tubs and pools was so simple. We loved our time away and wouldn’t hesitate to return again!
