This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

Aan het water, tussen het Damsterdiep en Eemskanaal.Nabij natuurgebied Kardinge en stadscentrum Groningen (5 minuten lopen naar de bushalte en ongeveer 20 minuten busreis. Met de auto tussen de 10 en 20 minuten plus parkeertijd) Een liefdevol plekje, fijn om alleen of samen te zijn.
