Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and quiet ,which was normal at the time, in a modern way. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. You stay in a converted farmhouse, this is an apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) downstairs everything is equal floor ,wheelchair friendly. Also there is a kitchen at your disposal with dishwasher and a washing machine. In the bathroom you can enjoy the jacuzzi! basic facilities are provided, coffee and tea.

A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen!

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

Spacious studio for two people

The studio is located under a roof with our home. Located on the main road with a view of the Bakkeveenster sails. The entrance is at the front and the space is on the ground floor with a double box spring, a seat, the kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the kitchen there is a Senseo, a coffee machine, plates, cutlery, etc., and a water cooker. Also ideal as a ( home) workspace.

Our guest house / lodge is located in a rural and natural setting in the border region of the northern Dutch provinces of Drenthe and Friesland, in close proximity of the National Park Drents-Friese Wold; one of the most expansive areas - of natural beauty in the Netherlands (over 6.000 hectares. The famous water village Giethoorn is located at a driving distance of 26 kilometres.
