MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Relax in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (their bed within walking distance), and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. Where previously the shop/office areas with customer toilet were, we realized a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower in autumn 2019. The shopping entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.

Nice stay and very welcoming. Delicious food, slept well in a nice bed. Good shower too! A slightly more extensive and better wine list would have been nice, but the whiskey tasted delicious. Already had a top weekend!

Wonderful stay in a modern airbnb. Beautifully spacious bathroom, lovely large bed and kitchen what we needed. Close to the Colonies of Benevolence and the Drents-Friese Wold. Actually in between what had the advantage that the location (Boijl) is not touristy, but close to the culture, nature and relaxation. Siebe is a relaxed host, which clicked well.

We had a wonderful few days! A nice/ nice place to explore the city from there. Warmly furnished spaces and bedroom with new beds ( are top). Despite the toilet being outside the space, that has not hindered us from being able to enjoy this place. Very friendly hosts Miranda and Renée made us feel at home. Recommend!

We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable in our apartment. The apartment contains everything (living and sleeping area, bathroom, terrace) that you can do in a It takes a week to relax. We got along wonderfully with the small kitchen. The hosts are discreet on site and are available at any time if you have any questions. The city center is easily accessible by bike, 20 to 25 minutes. Groningen is a very interesting city with many facets. Right near the apartment is a sensational fish booth, which makes a restaurant visit virtually unnecessary. We can only say good things about the space and the hosts, and can imagine coming back again.

This accommodation is good for those who would like to stay in quiet peaceful place. Sometimes shared bathroom and kitchen can be uncomfortable, but you can manage it with a bit of patience. Overall I would say, it’s a nice place with great hosts where I can enjoyed my stay so much. I will definitely book it again next time I’m in this area.
