I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

This beautiful home in Sorrento was perfect for our girls spa weekend a stunning living area and kitchen to hang out in and sit by the fire! Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and walks of Sorrento. Definitely recommend this stay for a large group!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

Vanessa was friendly and helpful before during and after our stay. A gorgeous little cottage on a lovely peaceful property so close to everything but feels far enough away to just wind down. Had fun visiting the farm animals and relaxing outside by the gum trees.

Relax, unwind, recharge. Mayfair Park was fabulous for all of this. The wildlife around the property was delightful - sitting on the front deck sky gazing or on the back deck watching blue wrens flit here and there. For our active 12yo son - heaps of sporting options which didn't require another person...some that we willingly joined. The 15yo daughter enjoyed the peace, sketching, reading and atmospheric photography. Kitchen well equipped and close enough to amenities. Hope to come back again. Thank you Lance! K.

We had the best couple of days at the cottage! We felt at home immediately. We can't wait to visit again.

We arrived at the accommodation at the scheduled time, around 3:00 p.m. We were a group of eight, and on the day of check-in, according to the information provided by Ben, we successfully got the key and entered the room. The windows in the house are clean, and the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very tidy. The storage room is stocked with plenty of coffee, tea, and cooking seasonings, making you feel like you're back at home. The cutlery and cooking utensils are complete and clean, very convenient, and sufficient for a dozen people to prepare meals. It was cold on the night of check-in, and the room was well heated and very comfortable! Considering the actual usable area of the house, the fee charged by Ben is very reasonable and worth it! We are a small golf team that often spends a few days staying and playing in various places. Ben's house is a very desirable place for us to stay. We will definitely visit again in the future. Thanks Aurynes for promptly communicating with us when we enquired, and for easy to follow instructions on how to get into the property. Your accommodation was spotlessly clean and had amenities beyond what was expected, including snacks and fresh produce provided so that if we wanted to self-cater for a couple of days, it would have been very easy. Your home was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of location, quietness of neighbourhood, and a great German Bierhaus a one minute walk down the road. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting somewhere reasonably central to all the amenities Geelong has to offer - about a 20 minute walk down to Packington St where all the amazing cafes and restaurants are, or 15 minute walk down to the waterfront - again : amazing cafes and restaurants. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Stunning place! Looks like the photos but even bigger. The kitchen was great and had everything you could possibly need, also loved the big selection of tea. Movie room was cosy with a nice couch and surround sound and the beds were comfy. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location just a short drive from the beach.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. We love it here. Jennie’s place has two supermarkets nearby. You can walk there. Jennie was very helpful the whole time. Jennie’s place has chopsticks. It is a surprise.

Danielle was very easy to deal with. She offered us both an earlier check in and later check out time. House was a good size for our two families with an open plan living and dining area and decent sized bedrooms. Pets were very welcomed which was much appreciated. Nice location. We were able to comfortably walk to GHMBA stadium. Thanks for having us!

We have never stayed in such a well equiped place. Polly thought of everything. She was a friendly host ,we were living in her home and she did not have lots of rules. She trusted us to respect her home so we felt totally at ease. We will certainly return
