For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

Your darlings stay with us free of charge and can, if master and mistress plan a museum or theater visit, also be looked after by the hour by arrangement. Adjacent fields and meadows are well suited for a 'walk.' The breakfast eggs are offered by the farmer opposite and there is also an organic farm shop in the immediate vicinity.

The in-law is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

The 1-room apartment was super clean, super practically furnished and had a parking space right next to the house. A mini-drawback for tall people and 100 kg weight: the bed is quite wobbly and the mattress a little too weak on the chest. Thank you Christian

A very nice and cozy apartment on the first hang of a dhow-storey building. Very well equipped, personally in the kitchen, there is the possibility of living for a long time. The renovation is made with German quality. Private bedroom, living room with pull out couch and kitchen. There is everything you need, nice bed linen. Personally, I emphasize this, as very often on our trip there were apartments with cheap "plastic" linen. Of course, everything is very clean and tidy. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. Possibility to put a car right by the windows. The city is 15 minutes by car. Didn't use public transport, but saw nearby stop. Ideal for living, as in the city of Dresden it is impossible to park a car and it is not cheap. Thank you to the owner Julia, who was always in touch with us. If you have any questions.
