Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Next to the cute park Birkelunden. Close to public transport, trams and busses. The house has 3 floors, with living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and storage room. The bedroom has a double bed and a big desk to work on. Outodor area in the backyard. Air mattrass for a third person possible.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
