Our approx. 350-year-old farmhouse contains a newly renovated studio. It is located just above the village of Saanen with beautiful views over large parts of the Saanenland. By car, it can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, whether coming from Schönried or Saanen. In between is the underpass with the turnoff to Unterbort/Abländschen. Always follow the signs for “Sonnenhof.” The underpass is also a bus stop. From there it is still a 15-minute walk to the studio. Pick-up service is possible.

Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

The Planards is a place of peace and seclusion high above Chateaux d'Oex with a spectacular view. The last house of the street just below the edge of the forest about 1 km from the nearest neighbor. Independent studio in a family home located in the Fribourg courts, in the heart of the beautiful village of Charmey. Tourist mountain village where it is good to live and in which many activities are to be discovered: in winter, skiing, snowshoeing, and throughout the year, you can enjoy the thermal baths, the indoor pool, and many walks. The studio is 5 minute walk to village center and close to gondola departure.

The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!

In gut 10 Gehminuten sind die Jaun-Gastlosen Bergbahnen erreichbar. Wander- und Bikewege im Sommer und Ski alpin und nordisch Pisten im Winter sind sehr beliebt.
