A casa fica a 3 Km da praça central, tem ar condicionado nos dois quartos e é inteiramente para seu uso privativo e exclusivo. Não moramos no local. Fornecemos roupa de cama, toalha de banho, detergente, sabonete líquido, pano de prato, pano de chão, papel higiênico, papel toalha, um pouco de sal e açúcar. Hóspede deve trazer: Produtos de higiene e condimentos que for usar a mais (exemplo: fósforo para churrasqueira). São permitidos alguns convidados, mas não é permitido festas e eventos.
