Holiday rentals with a patio in Guaramiranga

Gregory is an amazing host. Replies quickly, helps and thinks with you. We went there for 2 nights, unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t had hot water the first day. Gregory resolved it the second day. Unfortunately the second day the bubbles weren’t working, but that couldn’t be helped. We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The next time we will return, but only if the jacuzzi works. 😆

The place is beautiful, cozy and quiet, and is very close to the main sights of the city. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Great experience. Ideal place to go with the family.

Impeccable villa, flat cozy and the same as described on the app's listing. Amazing location, giving to do all the activities in the city by foot. Bruna was super solicitous and helpful when replying to messages and passing on information. I recommend with closed eyes. Hope to return soon !!

Very pleasant place, you don't want to leave and get to know the city, fully equipped house, swimming pool, barbecue, pool table, TV, terrace with space for hammocks, in short… very good, it's really worth it!!!

A very charming house in the mountains of Guaramiranga, complete kitchen, cozy and well-distributed rooms, it has no garage but street is super quiet, not so far from the center to the point of being far from there, and not so close to everyone's meeting point that goes to stay in Guaramiranga, in the square, it is not on top of the muvuca and noise, if you are not deprived of the main objective of being in the mountain that is silence and tranquility, here we can find that peace with ease due to the right distance from the center, there are 3 suites + 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom, there are still other rooms like room and an outdoor area where you can easily put other people in hammocks and inflatable beds if it is the case. Tirando the electric shower that was not working regularly, it is worth what is paid, great value for money.

A very quiet and safe place, the house is within a condominium, is very close to the city center with markets, places for snacks and restaurant, bar…The city is very quiet and pleasant. The house has exactly all utensils for a good stay.

The host and owner Lourdes were very attentive during the stay. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, a pleasant space to gather friends or family, consistent with the photos in the listing. We had a problem with the operation of the electric showers, but an electrician came as soon as we communicated to Mrs. Lourdes.

Excellent! Whether for a stay with friends or family. Access to the house is a little difficult, but the host sent us videos with arrival instructions that made all the difference. It's not that close to downtown Guaramiranga, but that doesn't diminish the excellent experience at the house. The hostess, Dona Somália, was exceptional with us. The value of your services is on the outside but it made ALL the difference. Direct assistance and with all the affection in the world. Thank you Anna and Somália!
