Holiday rentals with a patio in Guaramirim

I highly recommend the loft we stayed in, very comfortable, clean and very safe. There is a password to enter the building, cameras, etc. Not to mention that it is super close to the city center, we took 3m by car. Super recommended!! ❤️

Excellent Airbnb, Guilherme responds quickly and I had a very flexible check-in. The location is close to a supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. The place has everything, it's like a very cozy house that has everything a person needs. Congratulations on the hosting and I definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Joinville.

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The stay was great and the host was always very attentive to every detail, I would definitely come back more often!!

We really like the house, it's a little out of the city, but nothing that gets in the way. The kids loved it, it was a great time. The house is beautiful!

The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing, we went in 4 people and we were very well accommodated. Condominínio has a great structure and the beach is excellent.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a full range of channels. Room with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and is located practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.
