Emerson and Alessandra were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about our well-being. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. While a few updates could help better match the price point, nothing took away from the quality of our stay. Thank you so much, Emerson and Alessandra—our family had a wonderful holiday at your home!

The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

We spent pleasant and calm days. The house has all the infrastructure to suit its guests. The site was beyond our expectations. Beautiful place and full of peace. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely come back more often.

Alexandre and his son Renato were extremely helpful and kind to me and the rest of the guests. The house is very large and has accommodated 3 couples with great tranquility, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. One of my surprises was that, despite being a well wooded place and with a nearby lake, it did not have so many insects and pernilongs (only a few spiders, but on the outside, where hahahaha is to be expected). I would definitely stay in this house again, since it was perfect to get away a little from the rush of the city.

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

The apartment is very nice with a very beautiful view of the subway and the city, very close to Bras and 25, for those who think about shopping and staying in a nice place, I recommend it. The apartment is well equipped with various utensils. It's worth it.

We had a great experience during our stay! The condominium is super complete, with everything we needed for everyday life: a grocery store, swimming pool, gym and a great structure. The room was comfortable, brand new and well equipped, with excellent quality linens, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything. The stay at Paulo's cottage was sensational. The structure of the house is excellent, all the environments extremely cozy, we find everything very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not miss anything, organized bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy living and dining rooms, in addition to the barbecue area that served us very well. For hot days the pool is wonderful. For those who have a small baby, Paulo provides a crib and bathtub to meet this need. Paulo is extremely cordial, attentive and responded to my messages with great agility, on the day of the check in he was present and showed us all the environments with a lot of patience. We will definitely return with family to enjoy this beautiful space. I highly recommend staying at this location. I thank Paulo for all the attention and cordiality with me and my family.

Excellent location. Exactly as in the photos. Very clean and organized. For the children it was great they were able to interact with the animals and walk a lot around the place. Local beautifully cared for well-cut grasses, beautiful gardens, impeccable cleaning. Marcela is an exemplary host. Super cordial and attentive. We gave several tips and always responded to any request immediately and with a good mood ! A differentiated person who likes to welcome people to your place.
