We offer a rustic and cozy house with all the infrastructure, air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. We have a privileged view of the sunrise. Lovely place to rest, stay with family and for home office!!! At an elevation of 1,600 meters, at the foot of Pedra do Forno, the site is almost entirely covered by native vegetation. Overlooking Pedra do Bode, the house is surrounded by araucarias, where armadillos, monkeys, birds and deer (possibly wild boars) pass by. Centuries-old windows and doors, lots of glass, 1950s furniture. Warm bath, with gas heating. Gourmet kitchen with wood-burning stove, barbecue, electric oven, modern stove and dishwasher. The fire pit is also very nice for those long conversations with wine and guitar!
