The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Facing Guaratuba Bay, this house has all the leisure your family needs. A volleyball net, a deck for fishing or water sports, a pool table, a barbecue grill, an infinity pool, a reading space, games and a TV room. The house will be only for your family (two bedrooms will be locked as they are for the exclusive use of the owners). One room has air conditioning and another floor fan. VISITORS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED!

A nice and modern cabin with air-conditioning in both bedrooms, with a privileged location, a few meters from the beach, next to Forte Marechal Luz. Beach with calm waters, ideal for people looking for tranquility, rest and safety, and for those who like nature. The beach is extensive and is surrounded by pristine nature, and has a Blue Flag for the purity of its waters.

It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
