This townhouse is a beautiful vacation retreat located in front of the beach. With stunning ocean views, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. On the ground floor, we have a gourmet space with a barbecue area overlooking the pool and the beach. The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

The house is located facing the sea on the paradisiacal beach of Ubatuba. With distinctive decor, it features integrated environments, a kitchen, a game room, a TV with SKY HD, a barbecue area and a dining room facing the sea. The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!
