We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, for not being blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. My family and I had a great stay. We thank host Daniela for their attention and availability to assist us whenever necessary. We were received by Mr. Cláudio, which readily accommodated us, both were very courteous and helpful. The apartment is complete, cozy and ideal for resting. We enjoyed beautiful days of sunshine, which made everything even more special. We recommend for sure, not only for the excellent space, but also for the reception, which made all the difference.

My husband and I loved staying in Sérgio's penthouse. In addition to being spacious, cozy and well located, we feel comfortable given the privacy it provides. It is very complete and structured, we do not miss anything, from kitchen utensils to appliances. The leisure area is a separate show! The jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect combination in our accommodation, as it was cold. Everything was so excellent that we didn't even think about going out for lunch, we took advantage of the barbecue and made a delicious barbecue to make everything even more perfect. Sérgio is a very attentive and kind host. They gave us all the support and instructions from the first contact. This was undoubtedly one of the most worthwhile reservations. We will definitely return!!!

We spent wonderful days! The apartment is very well accommodated and cozy. The condominium is perfect!! So perfect that we didn't know if we were at the beach or in the pools!!! The apartment is close to the beach, to walk and one thing I observed is also that the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment. The place is close to the beach and the condominium is quite safe with 24-hour security and many amenities. Edvaldo was an excellent host, very helpful and attentive. When I go to Guarujá again for sure I will be staying here again. Thank you very much.
