Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

I found Geraldo's place excellent and met all our needs. He's very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the outside area and the yard. The district is quiet and quiet. I found the bed a little hard and the bedroom warm to sleep with window and door closed. But nothing that would stop me from coming back.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I RECOMMEND IT! It couldn't have been better! Better than the pictures. The house is wonderful, they think of every detail. Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even on the way out he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms perfect and with all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

We return for the second time in this house, which is 1:15, 1:30 from São Paulo, the house is comfortable and pleasant! Equipped kitchen!

Beautiful and very yummy locale, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for puppies. Barbecue area, clean pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

Complete location, you don't have to worry about anything! There's everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, there are directions for ordering food or restaurants nearby. We were very well received and were extremely comfortable. We will return many times. We had a great experience during our stay! The condominium is super complete, with everything we needed for everyday life: a grocery store, swimming pool, gym and a great structure. The room was comfortable, brand new and well equipped, with excellent quality linens, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything. The Chácara is simply wonderful, an environment of peace and quiet, everything that my family and I wanted for the holiday. the Airbnb pictures don't live up to the beauty of the place. the great mattresses, the wonderful room. The atmosphere of barbecue and pool were very pleasant. The villagers stay in the back house, but they are loved ones and literally don't get in the way of anything. Just one detail, there is a cat that lives in the house, and there was a person with us who was allergic. She took an anti-allergenic and everything was fine.
