Apartment holiday rentals in Guatemala City Metropolitan Area

Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with children and the small park just below the apartment was perfect for them. We were able to easily supervise them from the accommodation, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The apartment is very well decorated and clean with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is familiar, safe and very quiet. In addition, there is a small shop on the first floor of the building where you can buy basic products, which was very convenient. Carlos was an excellent host, always attentive and available before and during our stay. Thank you, Carlos, for sharing your space with us!

This is my first Airbnb review that I’ve given because it’s the best listing that I’ve ever stayed at! It was super spacious with air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room. The kitchen had a fridge with filtered water too, which was great to help with cooking. Not to mention that there’s a nice gym 2-3 minutes away within walking distance. Zero complaints whatsoever.

Everything was great, looked exactly like the pictures. The place itself is very nice and private. It's near a few landmarks and several restaurants. Absolutely worth it!

Everything great the 24 hour security feels nice & the parking right in front is hard to find in Antigua. WiFi works best from second floor. Nice small patio outdoor area & close enough to walk places. She has a nice few selection of books in English to read while at your stay too which was a nice touch. Nice hot water. Only wish was that they had laundry detergent & an iron that usually other air bnbs do have but nonetheless sweet host & felt safe staying here as a woman

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.
