This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

The accommodation is as it appears in the photographs, a very nice, quiet and safe area, Byron was attentive to any questions, he is very kind and helpful. In general, an excellent place, I recommend it.

Excellent apartment in the heart of area one. Spectacular view of the central park, cathedral and palace. Very safe building one block from a supermarket and central market. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very large with full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Very complete and cozy. Good shower with quite hot water. Washing and drying clothes machine. Good internet. Cesar is a great host. This apartment is super recommended.

Great stay! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and in a central location. No AC, but the fan and window kept it cool enough. Host was very pleasant & responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Excellent location and communication; we had an inconvenience with the refrigerator but it fixed us quickly.

I found the space very pleasant and cozy, well located. The bed was very comfortable .

We had an excellent trip! Our host was very friendly and provided us with an abundance of information regarding our stay. It was very clear she goes above and beyond for her guests. The house was beautiful in a safe, gated community with many amenities close by.

A wonderful apartment, for me the highlight was the spacious terrace/balcony. The view is beautiful, the lighting at night gives a good atmosphere. I had a very good time.
