We absolutely loved staying here. I think I could live here! It’s so peaceful and such a great place to relax. The staff were so friendly and it was very convenient to have our laundry done or lunch delivered on days when my husband was out with the car and I couldn’t go to get lunch, while working. Would stay here again!

Angelic views of volcanoes, the lake, the birth place of the Little Prince. Chris is a great host. And incredible human. What he has created on earth is impeccable.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The staff were really nice and welcoming. The cabins themselves were comfortable and clean. The finca was beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a cool spot to stay.

Our stay was very comfortable and in contact with nature, it is the ideal place to spend as a family and disconnect from the daily routine, the house beautiful, cozy and extensive garden, Don Edwin's attention was excellent and always attentive to us, a place 💯% recommended 👌

This place was great, 3 nice large bedrooms, all with their own nice bathrooms, and a cool lil 1/2 bath next to kitchen. Kitchen is VERY well equipped, and the immediate area has LOTS of dining options, and easily walkable to all of Antigua. Hostess was also very flexible with us. Would definitely stay again if available.

They were very accommodating and provided helpful advice considering the events that were going on in the town (we were there for Holy Week). We also brought our dog and they were more than welcoming.

This is really a magical place. My favorite is at night you can hear the crickets and it's so peaceful. It's off the hippie highway so it's a bit quieter but it's still very very close to it. The bed is comfortable and the linens are clean and fresh there's a lot of space in the room so I never felt cramped. The shower is hot with good pressure. There's fresh filtered water in the room too!

This was my second stay at Alice Guesthouse and I will never stay anywhere else in El Remate. Natalie and the rest of the caretakers and staff are all incredibly accommodating and willing to coordinate anything you may want to do in the area. We went on a stellar horseback ride that she arranged the day before, having the horses come right to the guesthouse at whatever time we wanted. The food and bar is also wonderful with plenty of selections and high quality. Truly a hidden paradise :)

Very nice place, the pool is a real blessing given the heat. A little mosquito since we are close to the mangrove but manageable.

We loved this place. The location could not be any better; on a quiet street, right on the lake, but just one easy, flat block to the main street in town and the dock for boats to other towns. They have their own dock, down a charming path thru a garden filled with citrus trees. The dock sits by itself, with not another dock or structure within 100 yards, and with a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was basic, but large, very comfortable and with excellent A/C. Staff was VERY responsive and friendly, breakfast was yummy and the property is lovely and well-maintained. If we return to Atitlan, I will 100% book this place again. My only regret is that we did not take the time to use the pool and hot tub

I only stayed for one night, but everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made our day even more enjoyable. The food was truly a highlight—everything was freshly made and incredibly delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The only small inconvenience was that it was a bit loud on Saturday, but we understand that the music was coming from the place in front of them, not from the property itself. Despite that, everything else was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience.

We had such an amazing stay here, it’s just such a special place! Great location right next to the launcha dock and the nature reserve. The restaurant and bar on site were great, as well as the spa! Would highly recommend. Lovely staff and experience.

the house is very nice with everything you need, an impeccable and large pool, close to the beach, we had a great time. The host was very quick to respond and was quite accessible as we were a little late for the traffic. 100/10 Everything is excellent!!!

Staying at Ruth’s is like staying with family. She is an absolutely delightful host who is loving, kind, easy to be with and also makes excellent breakfast. The colonial house is gorgeous. Rooms are spotless clean. I got an opportunity to meet some of Ruth’s family which was an honor. Guests gather together for breakfast that Ruth prepares fresh every morning, making it a communal space and a true bed and breakfast tradition that is rare to find. I would highly recommend!!

The place was really nice with good areas to chill. Nice location, you can walk around town easily, so close to the beach. Maybe some extra fans would be useful, but everything was quite nice.

Room # 8 is magical. Gorgeous lake views, large windows, modern, with chairs on the balcony if you want to enjoy outside. In the morning you are greeted by many little birds, and at night you hear their singing and the waves of the lake. I like the train whistle. The gardens are beautiful, all the hotel staff collaborate and make you feel right at home. The breakfast is exquisite and varied. They kept my bags upon arrival and on the day of departure they served me breakfast an hour before, so I could attend the Easter rituals that started early. Also the Mrs. Administradora helped me with the company of lanchas in the local language, to be picked up at the pier of the hotel. If you like to walk you can reach the center of the village in 10 minutes or take a very cheap Q10 tuktuk. It is also very safe to walk to the hotel. This hotel is wonderful, I would go back a thousand and a thousand times more.

We spent a total of two nights in Walters AirBnB and felt completely comfortable. The family is extremely hospitable and warm – you immediately feel welcome. Walter was always available and always responded quickly to our messages. The place was very clean, quietly located and offered a fantastic view of the lake from the terrace. The value for money is excellent. Thank you for this lovely stay!

Comfortable room in a quiet zone of San Pedro, 5 minutes by walk from the main street with all the restaurants and bars. The room and the bathroom are clean. Karolina gave me every single information I needed, she was very kind.
