Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

He don’t communicate too well and I have only one bed sheet for nine days, that was my biggest issue with him, but the place was very nice and location

This was the first time I stayed at one of Carlos's apartments and it was worth it. The apartment was everything I needed. It was clean with great wifi in a great location.

Alejo was a great host. Kind and empathetic, always attentive. This is my second time staying here and the first time I left something behind. Alejo kept my item for months safely and returned it to me when I came back. Great guy, great apartment.

The place was just liked the pictures. There were lots of ants, fumigating could help.

The place is very nice, it is spacious and very private. Impeccable and with all necessary amenities. There are any number of restaurants around and the area is super quiet. The Host's attention is a 10/10. Mr. Juan is very kind, attentive and a gentleman.

Amazing loft so clean very modern thank You for everything

Staying at this Airbnb in El Poblado was exactly what I needed. The space was clean, modern, and had everything I could ask for fast Wi-Fi, a super comfy bed, strong A/C, and a balcony with a view. The location was perfect, tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful at night, but still within walking distance of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Parque Lleras and Provenza were just a short walk away, but I always felt safe coming back. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The apartment home was very nice. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming. Carlos had great communication. The check in process was easy and simple. I would stay here again and I recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you.

Great stay! The only mention worthy cons were the chickens which screamed at the crack of dawn everyday and the occasional bugs and lizards. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏽

Definitely that Parceros House is one of the best Airbnbs we have been in, we are nomads and working from this place was incredible, they have the best coworking, they make you feel at home, extra points to the hosts and Carolina who is in charge of the cleanliness of the place, always with the best attitude to help. Santiago was the best host my entire 9 day stay he was responsive very nice and friendly also allowed me to check in early as well provided me a deal for an additional day which helped me out a lot . He also provided great details on how to move around the area and what hot spots are near I will most definitely recommend please don’t allow the small reviews stop you from booking it’s worth I will be back soon .
