awesome place to stay very peaceful

My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.

Our stay at La Casita could not have been more pleasant! Everything was very clean and working! Evelyn was extremely attentive and helped us promptly!

Great place to stay, I would book again. We left our belongings at the bnb her and her family went out their way to make sure we got it back in time enough to make our flight. Great accommodations for check in. The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host responded quickly anytime I messaged her. Overall this was a good stay!

Overall the stay was good and nice. There were 3 of us so it was perfect. The only thing when we put the address to the house it took us the wrong one. We had trouble opening the lockbox too. The house itself was nice and clean. The AC was refreshing and the WiFi was fast as well. When I do come back to PR I would pick this hotel all over again. Raciel is good host.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's. The air bnb is located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with a playground adjacent to the home which kept the kiddos busy. During our stay Puerto Rico experienced a blackout leaving 1.3 million people without power. Fortunately, the home is equipped with a powerful generator that kept us comfortably lit for the duration of time. I am so grateful we didn't have to go without, and I recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay within close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Maria is a great host, always available and friendly, I will definitely return in the future.

Mario was such a great host and he responded to our questions promptly. He is very accommodating. House was kept clean and organized.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

A quiet, clean, easy to enter place close to shopping centers. The hosts were very kind, responsible and respectful. Highly recommended.

It was an excellent experience with Katheryn, Daurys and their Place. The photos were the same as the place I was looking for, but above all I want to thank them for their support and collaboration extending my stay in the face of a personal emergency.

I had an incredible time staying with Jose and his cohost Alberto, every single request and problem I had they helped ameliorate or solve. If I had questions about the area or the airbnb itself they replied in a timely manner and saved me so much time and stress— exactly what I needed to help me enjoy my trip here. For the price, the airbnb is value beyond compare, it’s spacious and all of the amenities are exactly as described. It’s homey, and more than enough to support whatever needs you have during your stay. As great as the airbnb is though, i feel like that doesn’t stress the importance of how great of hosts both Alberto and Jose were during my stay. I promise you, this is definitely an airbnb you want to stay at to witness proof of their kindness and helpfulness.

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Juan!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, and staying at Alex’s place made it extra special! The condo was full of charm, and the thoughtful welcome greeting was such a warm touch. Alex provided detailed, helpful suggestions, which I truly appreciated! I tried several and enjoyed them all! The condo was super convenient to everything, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, even while walking around the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly too, which made it feel even more welcoming. Thank you, Alex, for a wonderful stay!

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.
