This is home was just what we needed on our trip to the Philippines! Comfortable, clean, and a great location to almost everything we were looking for (shopping mall, restaurants, grocery and more). The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Feels like home! Parang ayaw na namin umuwi. What you see is what you get. Medyo maingay lang ang mga dumadaan nga mga sasakyan which is normal kasi nasa kalsada lang yung building. Worth it ang bayad, lahat ng family members ko na gustohan ang bahay na ba pili kong pag stayhan namin. Kung babalik man kami ng Iloilo, dito namin ulit mag stay. And for Ma'am Ron, salamat po ng marami sa pag assist for answering all of my inquiries any time I need. God bless po

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.
