Spacious light and cosy flat in central Lerwick

Entire first floor flat in central Lerwick for your use. Own front door with stairs to comfy and very light accomodation. Near leisure centre and walks to the Clickimin Broch. Very close to sea and south end of town. This flat is also our home. We let it in the summer to help the chronic shortage of holiday accommodation. I do not add any extra charges for cleaning. The nightly price is the final price. I am happy to help in any way I can and want folk to enjoy Shetland as much as we do

East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.

With beautiful open views over Bain's Beach, you can enjoy life by the sea with all the modern comforts of the house has to offer, including a wood burning stove. Close to the BBC series 'Shetland 'Jimmy Perez' home', and minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs in Lerwick, Sea Winds makes an excellent base to tour the isles.

About 2 miles to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 3 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen and a good size living room. Comfortable two bedroom cottage, situated in the centre of Lerwick. The cottage has recently been refurbished, and is decorated with a modern feel. Located on King Harald Street, the cottage is within walking distance of Lerwick town centre, near various cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Please be aware that there are two sets of steps to get up to the cottage (27 in total), so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, or prams/buggies.

The Chalet- Viewcliff

The Chalet is located in the quiet backstreets of Scalloway. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are only a short walk away. The Chalet itself is fitted out to a modern standard and is warm and cosy. The accommodation space is a bedsit format, with separate kitchenette and shower room. There is a double bed, and tucked away there is also a single bed if required.
