Very lovely family, helped me feel right at home. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of cafe, butchery, fruit markets, bakeries and had no difficulties despite my language barrier.

Ich habe fünf wunderschöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung in Hammamet verbracht und war rundum zufrieden.. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet außer eine eigene Waschmaschine. Besonders gefallen hat mir die liebevolle Einrichtung und die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Nähe zum Strand war für mich ein großes Plus, es war schnell und bequem erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und ich würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit!

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

Thank you Hani for this excellent stay in Sousse! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, and all amenities. We really appreciated how calm and comfortable the place was, making it ideal for relaxing after a day out. Most importantly, Hani made a truly generous gesture during our stay without asking for any additional fees—something that speaks volumes about his kindness and hospitality. He was always available, responsive, and made sure we felt at home. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sousse. You won't be disappointed—five stars all the way!

We spent 16 days in this home and honestly it was a great experience. The house was very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with a beautiful view and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet and classy, perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was already there like a washing machine, air conditioner, and all the essentials. What we loved most was the privacy. You really feel like it’s your own space. The neighbors were super friendly too which made the atmosphere even nicer. Teddy, the host, is such a great person. He’s funny, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the first moment. And the price is probably the best you can find in this area considering the size and comfort of the house.

Le distanze più lunghe possono essere coperte con il taxi la cui stazione è veramente a 5 min a piedi. My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

I can only recommend Elyes' accommodation! Elyes was very friendly and always available. The check-in was smooth and the apartment is very well equipped. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. ⸻ Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Foued en Tunisie. L’accueil chaleureux de sa maman nous a particulièrement touchés, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Foued a également été très réactif tout au long du séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre passage. Un grand merci à eux pour leur hospitalité et pour ce beau séjour !

fantastic stay, exactly as listed, very comfortable, clean and private plenty of seating inside and in the garden, host and manager quick to respond and delt with and questions immediately. will definitely stay again perfect location for restaurants and the beach, easy to reach the north and south. perfect for family's or group of friends. can not thank host enough for a perfect stay

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

Excellent séjour! L’appartement est idéalement situé, propre et très bien équipé. Le lit est super confortable. Walid a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.
