The first beaches of Pont Mahé are accessible in 10 minutes by a pedestrian path juxtaposed to the house. The bay is ideal for young children, surfers and kite-surfers. Many trails surrounding the area offer hikers and cyclists the opportunity to take a stroll.

"Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

La maison, située sur une propriété de 1,1 hectares, est située à 1,5km de la plage la plus proche, 2,5km d'une base nautique et village de Baden avec ses commerces, golf et centre d'équitation. L'embarcadère pour l'Ile aux Moines est tout proche et des nouveaux randonnées à pied ou en vélo à proximité.
