Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Gulf of Nicoya

We loved our stay at Green hill. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The view is beautiful and you can see as far as the ocean when the clouds allow it. We saw innumerable birds from our balcony. The kitchen was greatly equipped to cook our meals and the washing machine was easy to use. The location is around 2.5 km from the bus terminal and 1.5-2km from the city center with very steep hills. We were able to manage by walking and transport from tours, but it may not be accessible for everyone. Easily accessible by taxi or car.

Great location, easy walk to dining and the beach and trails. Plenty of parking and security at night. Nice to have laundry machines available (bring your own soap). Hosts were super responsive to anything I asked or needed (broom & pan brought right away). The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living area, we even had guests over to dine.

It is an incredible place, everything was according to what was indicated, it is a very complete and very well equipped place, they had more appliances than I thought there were, the whole house was air-conditioned and very clean and in the part of the kitchen there were very large fans that did not feel the heat, that part of the open kitchen and by the pool made our stay to enjoy as a family more united, since we could all be together, the beach is very close walking, everything very safe and very clean... We will definitely go back many times to this place, my family and I were delighted with the place so beautiful and the attention of Dustin and Donna Norma..... Undoubtedly we had an incredible holiday in this place, for us it was more than we expected and we have no complaints... Totally recommended

We loved our time staying here in La Fortuna. The home is close to town and walkable to great restaurants with lots of things to do. We loved relaxing in the back of the house by the pool each afternoon. Rebeca was very responsive to any message we sent her. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

10/10 recommend! This place is pure magic! Thoughtfully built and perfectly set up for an incredible stay. The gym is fantastic to workout with howler monkeys and animals all around. Strong consistent WiFi for international work calls. Good hot water with strong water pressure. And super clean and bug free! Very rare in Costa Rica! Can’t say enough good about this place and Tabata is a wonderful host that was always ready to help answer any questions!

We came here for our family vacation and had the best time. Check in was easy, and a few people in our party arrived early but Daniela kindly allowed them to leave their bags in the office so they could wander around before check in. The property is in a great location, walkable to places in town, but also quiet and peaceful when you are hanging around the house. The layout of the house is awesome, and everyone having their own bathroom was a huge perk for us. Howler monkeys are in the trees above the house, and to watch them while floating in the pool is so entertaining and relaxing. The house was well equipped with the basics, it was nice to not have to anything outside of food. The staff were always very kind and responsive. You have the option of getting the main area and rooms cleaned every day or as often as you need. We really loved our stay and would stay again here!

Special Places was WONDERFUL. They contacted us at check-in with clear, concise instructions. In a place that doesn't really have street names and directions are similar to "turn left at the mermaid statue", Special Places found a way to give us directions to where we needed to be in order to check-in easily. The condo is located in Pacifico, which is a fabulous resort with every amenity you could hope for. The pools (and there are many!) were relaxing, clean and easily accessible. Walking to a myriad of restaurants and even a (VERY Americanized) grocery store is a snap. The beach is beautiful for both those that love to play in it and those that love to look at it. :D The hosts were very attentive and checked in on a regular basis to ensure all our needs were met. Everything was excellent... recommended.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, a spectacular view. Very fast communication, always attentive to help with inquiries. It's on the third floor, no elevator and the pools are a little far away. The club in front of the beach is very good. In general, an excellent stay.

Super nice stay with amazing amenities available! Great food and coffee options really close by and the town and beach was only about a 15 minute walk down the main road. We also utilized the concierge services for all of our transportation and tourist activities which was super easy and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo. Amazing 5th floor view from the patio and master bedroom. Large living/dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Great to have access to a washer/dryer. Huge pool and the condo is right across the street from a resort with beach access. Very close to plenty of restaurants. Convenience near by. We did have difficulty utilizing the safe as the key/lock seemed worn out.
