Apartment holiday rentals in Gulf of Orosei

This neat little apartment is in such a great location. if you plan on taking a boat tour of the coastline (which is a must), the boat dock is only an 8 minutes walk away, which takes a lot of stress out of the process. There are lots of cute cafes and restaurants a block away and two supermarkets just up the hill. Brian was a great host, who always responded to any questions we had promptly and warmly. The apartment is super tidy, clean and modern, with amenities for all needs.

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

Our flight got delayed and we had to check in later next day. Marilia helped us every step of the way. The place has a beautiful balcony view. I am thinking of coming again already!

Great apartments with everything you need! The path from the village goes a good way up the mountain, but it is quite doable!

The place was very good. Beds were comfortable and it had everything you need. You can end the day relaxing on the balcony. It's nice that the apartment is spacious, so you have enough space for everything. We would definitely come back.

What an amazing Airbnb! The location was perfect. Everything you could need or want was within a ten walk and the public parking was less than a block from the space. The balcony looks perfectly over the horizon so if you wake up early enough you can catch the sunrises. We did not want to leave Cala Gonone for many reasons including our wonderful place where we stayed! Serenella has a wonderful eye for detail. The place is immaculate and communication was easy and responses came quickly.

Honestly, Cristina is a really great host! Out of my 100+ stays on Airbnb, Cristina was that 1-2% of hosts. She made every part of my short 4 day trip very convenient for me! From the entry, even though she could not speak English she was very thoughtful to make well written responses to all my messages (personally)! She also brought a translator (Franco) with her at the day of my arrival. She prepared welcoming pastries for me on the table & stocked the fridge with beverages. Her spacious 3 bedroom apartment (for the price/quality) was phenomenal! The morning views were so beautiful with an overview of the mountains/sunset from the top of the Dorgali hills. It was also well situated close to all major attractions; a 1 hour drive from Cala Luna, and 20 minute drive to Cala Gonone harbour! I loved this place, it was a magical stay for me & I’ll definitely come back here next year, with my girlfriend! Thank you Cristina 😍🙏🏻

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Heaven, I came to Christian's lodge solo, I needed to rest and that's exactly what i got. The place is so quiet, just the birds and the pigs to keep you company. I was there for the first 2 nights completely alone. Orosei is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away. The entire coast is beautiful, right down the Orosei gulf. Christian is a wonderful host, so welcoming, one day I worked from the accommodation on the communal tables outside and he brought me an espresso, so kind and thoughtful. The room itself is well equipped, i made myself lunch each day and cooked one of the evenings. I really hope to be back one day. Thank you Christian for your hospitality and for the wonderful peaceful escape you have created

The accommodation was exactly as described – super clean, modern and excellently equipped. Michela was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Very lovely stay. Perfect views and near restaurants and harbour. Be prepared to walk up some steep hills though when walking to restaurants. Lovely and helpful host.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

Pam and Tito were wonderful hosts and were helpful and responsive through the entire experience! They went above and beyond and provided us with beach towels for our boat ride and relayed directions to the local grocery store. Everything is within walking distance including stores and restaurants, however, you need a car to get around to the beaches and such. The space was very clean and fully furnished with AC. Highly recommend this listing!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

Our stay was really wonderful. The check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on activities in the area. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended
