You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Lägenheten har så klart en egen ingång på nedre delen av huset. Charmig stuga med magisk utsikt över Örnsköldsviks havsinlopp. På altanen har du sol större delen av dagen där kan du njuta av solnedgångarna. Bredvid altanen finns kolgrill att nyttja. Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Finns en studsmatta på tomten som får användas på egen risk. Vid några tillfällen kan grannens barnbarn vara där&hoppa, vi informerar innan!

Talltitan: The Treehouse of Destiny

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Brödrost, kokplatta och vattenkokare finns samt en vattendunk med tappkran. Nedanför kojan finns en grillplats för matlagning. Där finns även ett utedass med vattendunk tvål och handduk

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik. Between each guest, we check the cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.
