Het Hoge Huis Cottessen

’t Hoge Huis bestaat uit twee vakantiehuizen: één voor 4 personen, genaamd De boerderij, en één voor 6 personen, genaamd ’t Hooge Huys die ook gezamenlijk te huren zijn tot 10 personen. Dit deel van de carré-hoeve is gebouwd in de 16e eeuw. Prachtig gerestaureerd, authentiek, knus, in het heuvellandschap dat deel is van het Geuldal en omdat het Natura 2000-gebied is heeft de hoogste Europese beschermingsstatus. Gulpen, Valkenburg, Vaals, Aken en Maastricht wachten op korte afstand. Uniek!

With a view of extensive meadows, the Vijlen forest and close to countless beautiful walking and cycling routes lies this holiday home. The beautifully restored monumental "authentic farmhouse" is located between Epen and Vaals. On the popular Mergelland route with a view of the Geuldal. From the farm you can even spot deer and other wildlife in the morning The holiday home is suitable for 2 to 4 people Outside you can relax on the terraces or in the meadow between the fruit trees.

Bij de Hut

Het appartement ligt in de verbouwde mergelschuur, achter onze woning. Het appartement heeft een eigen tuin. Het is een duurzaam appartement met warmtepomp en airco. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Er is een overdekte fietsenstalling. Ingber ligt in het hart van het Heuvelland, met wandel en fietsroutes. Op 200 mtr. afstand stapt u op de bus naar Maastricht of Aken. Onze dieren ( hond, kat, paarden, ezels, kippen en een haan) heten U welkom. Huisdieren zijn daarom niet gewenst.

Buitenverblijf De Wingerd met privé hottub

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the rural (quiet) area of the mountain village of Vijlen in southern Limburg. The square farmhouse with its 2-hectare estate is located on a slope and offers breathtaking views of the Geul valley and the surrounding hills. On the estate, you will always find a place to retreat to after an invigorating walk and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. It borders the Vijlenerbos and is a paradise for hikers and cyclists.

The garden of over 2 hectares is available to enjoy the view over the hills. A small dog is allowed in consultation. Recreational rental only.
