The entire house is for your exclusive use. The key is in the designated location, self check-in is possible. This independent studio living area is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, etc.Two cars can be parked for free, one for indoor parking shelf and the other for roadside parking.The entire studio is a large 50m2, spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The guests will have full access to the house except for the garage to enjoy the best on their own. Pet-friendly house where you can bring your loved dog/cat with the stay. BBQ also available. I just checked out after a six-week stay and had a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the flexible check-in process easy. The place was spotless, well-equipped with cooking supplies, towels, and extra blankets and pillows. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to a supermarket and park, and about a 10-minute drive or bus ride to Belconnen or Gungahlin. The quiet neighborhood made for peaceful nights. Felt at home. Highly recommended.

The house was well appointed, very clean, bathrooms super clean and host was able to respond to any questions. We had a grand dog with us for two nights and she had her own bed and we cleaned up her droppings. This was very helpful to have her there due to a family function that would have left her unattended. I’d love to return to this accommodation in the future. I’ve stayed in many ABNB’s and this one was one of the top ones.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Mehdi's place is a great home-away-from-home, and Mehdi and his wife are both friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and bright. The house is fairly close to a few bus routes, but in general it's much easier to commute by car/rideshare in that part of Canberra. The curtain in the bedroom is fairly sheer, so worth bringing eyeshades if you are light-sensitive!
